Membership & Billing Terms

These Membership & Billing Terms govern TradeNeighbor Free, promotional, and paid membership access. They form part of the TradeNeighbor Terms of Service.

Membership Plans

TradeNeighbor may offer Free Explorer and paid membership plans with different features and trade allowances.

The plan, price, billing frequency, and material limitations applicable to a purchase will be displayed before purchase.

Paid Memberships

Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Before a member subscribes, TradeNeighbor will display the recurring price and billing frequency and obtain the member's affirmative agreement to recurring billing.

Charges are processed by TradeNeighbor's payment processor. TradeNeighbor does not store complete payment-card details.

Current Plans

Current paid plans may include:

• Starter — $29.99/month — up to 3 trades per billing cycle
• Growth — $49.99/month — up to 6 trades per billing cycle
• Pro — $99.99/month — unlimited trades

Trade Allowances

Where a plan has a trade allowance, the allowance is consumed according to the Platform rules when a trade is accepted/created.

An existing trade does not consume another allowance merely because it continues into another billing cycle.

Cancellation

Members may cancel a paid membership through the available online account/billing controls.

Cancellation stops future renewal charges and generally takes effect at the end of the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

Deleting an account is not a substitute for cancelling a paid subscription unless the Platform expressly confirms cancellation.

Promotions

TradeNeighbor may provide promotional access, including limited-duration Free access or other promotional plans.

Unless expressly disclosed and affirmatively accepted by the member, redeeming a free promotional offer does not create a paid subscription and does not authorize TradeNeighbor to begin charging the member when the promotion expires.

When a no-card promotional period expires without a separately authorized paid membership, the account returns to the applicable Free level.

Refunds

Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, membership fees already charged are nonrefundable.

Cancelling prevents future renewal charges but ordinarily does not create a prorated refund for an already-paid billing period.

Price Changes

TradeNeighbor may change future membership pricing.

Where required, members will receive advance notice before a new recurring price applies.

Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, TradeNeighbor may retry payment, notify the member, restrict paid functionality, or return the account to a lower access level as permitted by law and the applicable plan.

Promotions and Revenue

Promotional access is not a paid membership merely because it provides access to features normally associated with a paid plan.
